- Health: Due to right foot arch pain, keeping mileage under 15, stopping every 45 minutes for a break and rolling out lower leg muscles with trekking pole
Low Mile Day Again… But Found … A Pizza Oven on the PCT???
Today was an exploration of the Anza Borrego Desert. Lots of green and boulders, but very hot. At the end of the day I came across a trail angel’s property that had, coolers with soft drinks and beer, a basketball court, an outdoor pizza oven and more. Was shown so much love, what a nice surprise.
My foot was OK, but still not 100%. Will have to see what tomorrow brings!
